What Percentage of Cocaine Users are Addicts?

I've heard from time to time that the crazed cokeheads and crackheads are a minority and that a huge amount of people just use cocaine recreationally (ie. once a month or only at parties). I had druggie friends growing up but most of them were just into mushrooms & weed, and the only guy who used coke ended up a drug-dealing junkie so I can't account for much.
So I wonder how common coke use ACTUALLY is, and how many people are using without getting hooked.
