When doing shoulder presses:

When doing shoulder presses: do I need to bring my elbow all the way down, with the weight coming down to shoulder height (or slightly above) OR do I only come down low enough so that my arms are at a 90 degree angle, with the weight coming down to around top(ish) of my ear. I see mixed forms online - so whatโ€™s the proper form? Does it matter?

Bonus: do I keep my elbows pointed forward or to the side? I also see both forms used. ๐Ÿซ
