One of my male close coworkers is someone I’m always with, and we sit next to each other and play around a lot. Then I feel like this one female coworker (who was with me in training) is trying to keep us apart. Like, she says things aren’t working or that the team leader will get mad, even though I know that’s not true.
I'm trying my best to ignore her comments and just let it be, according to my work friends, but it hurts and makes me self-conscious. I do have female coworkers that I’m close with, but our schedules don’t really match up for me to see them.
What should I do? Is it okay for me to feel this way?
I work in a BPO, and when we moved to production, I got a new set of guys I consider my older brothers. They also help me with work. Lately, I’ve become closer to the guys at work since training, but I see them as my older brothers since I’m the youngest.
