As a store owner, how do you keep your frozen goods (such as ice cream) frozen when there's a prolonged power outage?
Post Body
As a new grocery store owner in an area that's notorious for having fairly frequent power outages (both scheduled and unscheduled, with scheduled ones lasting half a day), I'm worried because we sell ice cream, and there's a very real possibility that the ice cream would melt during a power outage, making them unfit for consumption.
