Do you sleep with your watch on?

Random but, do other people sleep with their watch on or off? My boyfriend insists on sleeping with it on and says it’s normal but it drives me crazy. In his sleep he’ll accidentally whack me in the face with it or yank my hair with it and it’s annoying lol. I know he doesn’t mean to. He claims everyone does it and that since it’s such a nice watch, you keep it on in case anyone breaks in (so dramatic lol we live on the top floor of an apartment building). It just seems so uncomfortable to sleep in but maybe that’s just me.
