Does anyone else clutch/hold part of their body when stressed?
Post Body

Recently, I caught a habit that I've probably been doing unconsciously for years. When I'm stressed, especially when driving, I clutch my left arm. Around the tricep.

I ask this, because I broke my right arm as a kid, like 3 or 4. A bone cyst severely weakened it. I wore a sling for awhile. The whole event is one of my earliest memories. And the way I hold my arm actually really mirrors the way it would have been when I had the sling. So I'm wondering if it's some weird coping mechanism I developed from that.
