Long story short a guy at my gym had been staring at me for weeks but never approached. 6 months go by not seeing each other at the gym due to travel and life. I see him 6 months later in the gym, our eyes meet and it’s like everyone else disappears. I went back to my workout and then next thing I know he comes up to the machine next to me as to approach me but for whatever reason I got really nervous because he’s so attractive that I didn’t think he could be interested and so I just left the gym. It’s been almost 3 months since then and I’ve been trying to work up the courage to apologize to him but I’ve been embarrassed about my behavior. Also, yes I know he figured out I left because of him because two weeks later he told a girl in the gym “that’s her.” when I was working out and the girl looked at me and I’d never seen her before in my life.
