What can I do if I think my package was stolen?

I had a package arrive Saturday but I was out of town until like 20 minutes ago. My package isn’t here. I’m not sure if it was delivered to the wrong place or if someone took it but what do I do? It was an item from eBay so there’s no store for me to contact to get a replacement.
