Why does driving take a lot out of you?
Post Body

My longest drive was 7 hours across South Australia, went to Wool Bay for a gathering and didn’t sleep in between or anything. Pretty much passed out a few hours into the party. Was extremely tired on levels I never felt. Even if I’m not doing any physical activity apart from putting my foot on the gas pedal and steering and changing gears, it still tired the hell outta me.

Why does that actually happen? It just seems weird because you’re not moving much.
