Why do women tend to be so much more fickle than men?

It seems like women are much more fickle when it comes to being attracted to men. They get the “ick” over the smallest, most inconsequential and arbitrary things. Like one time I was talking to a woman and she got the ick and decided to no longer pursue me because the way that I tied my shoes was cringe and unattractive. Why does it feel like their attraction is some random slot machine.
