They keep popping up on my feed, even though I don't follow any of them. I started interacting with them, which I'm sure is making it worse, but I noticed something.

They're all girls who are using these subs to get people to check their account where they promote their Onlyfans, but all of the accounts are set up the same way. There are X amount of posts from the girl with selfies and such. But if you scroll to the beginning, they have 5, or 6 anime/memes on random subs that have nothing to do with what the account has become.

It definitely screams BOT account. But are the girls actual posts also bots? Or does the account start fake, but then girls buy Reddit accounts that have traction already (from the random memes) so that they can start promoting their Onlyfans? Or are woman paying bot websites to promote their OFs for them? There's so many options that all lead to bot, I just wonder to what extent. Seriously, wtf is going on lol
