why do we get embarrassed over things that happened years ago?
Post Body

You know that feeling when you randomly remember something super embarrassing you did like 10 years ago and suddenly feel your whole body cringe? Why does this even happen? It’s not like anyone else remembers it or cares, so why do our brains insist on bringing it up? Is there some kind of evolutionary reason for this, or are our brains just mean for no reason?
