How do underground structures deal with rainwater?
Post Body
Inspired by a recent post of the Valencia floods where a guy was in an underground parking structure that was being flooded, and he managed to make it home
Sometimes I see homes whose garages slope downward instead of upward. Not to mention, areas that have basements, etc. How do those structures deal with rainwater intrusion? Are there storm drains as well?
