I've been recently facing depression (been getting so much better now, but it has been a hell of a process)
Part of the depression made me realize that I do not enjoy things as I used to do before, and that I barely have any interests or hobbles besides browsing social media or gaming
How do I get that passion for life back on myself? I've tried to talk about this with both my psychologist and psychiatrist and they both advised to try new things and passions but so far everything seems so dull and like a chore
Not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question but I just need some help and guidance
