What do you eat to not be hungry while on a calorie deficit?

19m started back at the working out seriously again and Iโ€™m also trying to lose weight, not fat but you know could be better.

Iโ€™m trying to limit myself to 1500-1700 a day because according to an online calculator I need 2000 to stay even (5โ€™10 165 lbs) so knocking 3-500 off that should get me quick enough results. Low key falling for someone rn so trying to impress and fast.

I exclusively eat protein pancakes and chicken and take tablets for all my other nutrition. Omg I canโ€™t do this I feel STARVED all the time
