19m started back at the working out seriously again and Iโm also trying to lose weight, not fat but you know could be better.
Iโm trying to limit myself to 1500-1700 a day because according to an online calculator I need 2000 to stay even (5โ10 165 lbs) so knocking 3-500 off that should get me quick enough results. Low key falling for someone rn so trying to impress and fast.
I exclusively eat protein pancakes and chicken and take tablets for all my other nutrition. Omg I canโt do this I feel STARVED all the time
