Why do we have a moment of silence on 2:11 pm on Veterans day?

I figured it was for the 1919 Armistace but that was 11am. Cannot for the life of me find a source for 2:11pm. For example, Arlington is doing theirs at 2:11pm, as well as my wife's work.
