A couple years ago I bought a quart and a half of chocolate milk and drank the entire thing in about twenty minutes. Shortly afterwards I had diarrhea. Does this mean I'm slightly lactose intolerant?
Post Body

Nothing happens if I drink a normal amount of milk, so I'm wondering if the diarrhea was because of me drinking a ridiculous amount, and that everyone would have issues after drinking that much, or if I'm just mildly lactose intolerant. Can you even be mildly lactose intolerant, or is it just a you either do or don't have it thing?

P.S. the chocolate milk was worth it, I would do this again.
