Is it fair of me to be creeped out that a former client of mine supposedly counted the amount of times I used the bathroom in their home?

I was there last Tuesday and Thursday. I’m in training to be a behavioral technician. They complained to the company about me having used the restroom “4 times” (specified number) over the 2 days and not flushing. I did not flush once after using it there on Thursday and mom had almost yelled at me because of it, but had never mentioned it before. I apologized and promised to be mindful.I’m not even positive that I used their bathroom 4 times at all, because I myself don’t count how often I go… just seemed strange to me.
