Is it gross to use the same wash cloths to clean your house on your body?

I’ve been dating this girl for a couple months now. She has a bunch of little different color wash cloths. She uses these to exfoliate her face and body, but also to clean the floors, mirrors, basically everything else in her apartment.
In my head that seems wrong and wash cloths for your body should be strictly for your body. I use paper towels when cleaning. I understand she throws them in the washer after one use each (regardless if cleaning her body or something else) but idk am I being too much?
