Iāve been watching a lot of crime documentaries lately and I also read a story online about Denali Dakota Skye Brehmer and how she killed her supposedly best friend in a murder-for-hire scheme. I felt awful for the victim and her family. The story was so terrible that it just had me wondering, āwhat compels someone to kill another human being?ā I just donāt understand how a person can actually kill someone. Maybe itās the way Iām wired, or the way I was raisedā¦or maybe this is āpeople who are hurting, go out and hurt other peopleā, I donāt know if itās because these people have less grey matter in the brain, or lack of empathy, but I just canāt wrap my around how someone canāt actually go out and kill someone else.
P.S. Iām not talking about situations of self-defense or police officers who HAVE a JUSTIFIED reason to shoot someone.
