Does eating tons of yogurt help with probiotics any more than eating a little?
Post Body

Is there a critical mass?

I'm thinking when I make wine, a packet makes 5 gallons. I could add 2 packets, and maybe it would go slightly faster, but at the end of the day, the yeast will just multiply until there's as many as could exist with that amount of juice.

Is it the same with probiotics? Or do they reproduce at all, or do I need to constantly replenish them?
