Should you rinse your teeth after brushing?
Post Body

From childhood, I've always rinsed with water after brushing (never used mouthwash or other chemicals in my life). However, I've started to read some people online say you shouldn't rinse after brushing. I really can't stomach the idea not to mention I always was taught toothpaste was bad to swallow (hence you'd need to rinse it out). What exactly is the origin of the idea you shouldn't rinse after brushing?
