For reference I’m a 26yof in healthcare and I manage a practice with about 8-10 employees under me. I currently make about 75k yearly which is great! But for the stress, mental load, and all the responsibilities I’m given, I feel I deserve more.
I’ve even considered switching careers with higher salary because I’m burnt out/just over it. I’ve been told my work and presence is invaluable so I feel like they don’t want to lose me.
If I get another job lined up with the higher salary, can someone give me some tricks/tips, advice on how to persuade my worth to my current employer? I’m hesitant to pull the trigger on a new job since I’m comfortable and have great benefits.
Any advice welcome!! Thank you.
