Is it normal to cry at work?
Post Body

Recently I got fired from my job. A few days ago it occurred several times at my old job I would break down and start crying alone in my office. Sometimes it was work related and other times it was over personal issues. I'm a grown man who still cries at work (27m). I always have known I'm a sensitive guy. It doesn't really bother me. But I've actually been told it's not uncommon to do this, even for adults. Does anyone else do this? Has anyone else cried at work?
