What do you think is the reasoning behind folks aversion to tipping service workers (not food service workers) comes from?
Post Body

My best friend and I were discussing how our cleaning people, nail techs and hair stylists have told us about how they are tipped.

I know for food service workers people usually reason that they don't think the person is doing enough work or that their employers should pay them more but that reasoning doesn't really work for these jobs.
