Did the quality of fast food take a huge hit?

I rarely eat fast food, but I do love McDonalds, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, Panda, etc.
That being said, the chicken from these restaurants have been flat and dry, their burgers being less flavorful. I’ve also noticed that their patties are thinner. Crunchwraps are just completely soggy.
Has anyone noticed this? Might just be my area, but fast food use to be binge worthy and it’s just gross and I don’t think it’s me.
