What is the deal with late package arrivals in 2024?

So, it is deja vu again, just like all year. I order some Moltres stickers on eBay. Were supposed to arrive by the 17th. It is the 18th and I still do have have them.
This has been the case on literally everything I ordered so far this year. Every single thing I ordered this year has arrived late.
Why are packages arriving late in 2024?
