What is, like, the basic starter exercise for weight loss/ab growth? Is it sit-ups? Crunches? Running? Jumping jacks?

I want to make myself a more palatable belly. I do a lot of walking and jumping Jacks, and will be starting a diet soon. I have arm/leg weights, a trampoline, and a long mat I can position below a dresser to hold my feet. I'm 19 and a non-smoker.
