If the majority of men 25-34 are single (not in a relationship or married) considering that there are roughly as many men and women does that mean that the majority of women this age group are sharing a boyfriend/spouse?

I am a single mid 20s man. I am shy to talk to women and propose dates and have accepted I will die a bachelor but doing the math either many women my age will share a husband or they will die a bachelorett.
