I'm debating on where I want to get my next tattoo. Not only that but which one I want to get next or if I should touch up my water color flowers I already have. One of the ones I want to get next I've wanted for a couple years, it's inspired by my favorite show that symbolizes strength and perseverance. The other one is a vague idea of something for my mom who passed in May. I feel guilty for wanting to get the one I've wanted for years first before the one for my Mom.

Aside from my guilt, I was wondering if it's okay/normal to call or visit a shop & show pictures asking about prices. Because if it's financially possible I'd like to get the one for my Mom, my show inspired one, & my flowers touched up back to back.
