How tired should you feel after a bench workout?

Basically my routine is 4 or 5 days a week, doing a warm up where I work my way up to my 1-2RM, and then do 3 or 4 sets of 6-8 reps of my 8RM or so, until I am too tired to continue.

I watched the Jeremy Ethier video suggesting a Hypertrophy/Power/Strength arrangement where you do 3/4/5 sets of 8/3/3 reps of 70%/65%/85% of your 1RM respectively, but when I do this, especially on Power day, I do not feel very depleted afterwards and feel like I could do easily have done more.

So should I do more, if I am not tired yet, or keep going until I am gassed out and cannot do any more sets? Is hitting bench until exhaustion 5 days a week overtraining myself?
