Okay but seriously, why are SO MANY Reddit account deleted?
Post Body

Probably just a pet peeve of mine but every single comment section I read through of older posts (3 months old) is definitely going to have [deleted] from either OP or the dozens of commenters. Why is this? Do that many people grow to hate Reddit? I know there are certainly cons with using it, but it's the same as any other social media platform: toxic and full of assholes yet addicting and entertaining. And I don't see many others deleting their Instagram or Facebook accounts as much as users seemingly do here. Me asking this on Google doesn't give much of an answer so just seeing what you all think here as to what's up with this phenomenon.
