How do you socialize after not meeting up with any friends for 4+ years and not feel too anxious?
Post Body

I'm scheduled to meet a old friend in a few days. Problem is, I have severe anxiety about "making the right impression" even if it's not professional. This isn't a date or anything, I just haven't met face to face with any friends in a very long time (like, 4 years..).

I don't even have a place to meetup yet.. last time I was with someone I took them to a bar and it was sensory overload because I didn't look into the place beforehand. It felt like a disaster.

I guess this is about keeping a conversation going, but also trying to stay calm after not being social for years.. What advice do you guys have?

Not sure if it matters, I'm 25.
