How is The Amazing Digital Circus so insanely popular with only three episodes?

I really like the show, but good Jesus the popularity of it is staggering. The pilot has 349 million views. Episode 2 is at 124 million, and the newest one is sitting at just around 12 million views in under 20 hours. I've never seen a series that's not even a year old and with this few episodes be this big before ever. What's the secret? It is kids watching it on loop?
