Is it sex addiction or is it just natural and healthy?

30 M and I just want to have sex all the time. Idk why, I feel damn near like I am going through a second puberty or something, but I just want to fuck so bad, at least once a day or a few times a week.

But this is very unrealistic for me, not only do I barely have the energy, but I don’t have the time or space either.

In my head I have been a sex addict since about age 22 or maybe even before that, idk, it’s hard for me to even know for sure whether I should consider myself one or if I am completely normal and healthy for wanting sex this much.

At one point is it crossing the line into sex addiction in your opinions?
