Spot in my vision - similar to a floater, what could it be?

Hey, I have a blurry spot in my vision, that moves around as my eyes move, similar to a floater. When my eyes are closed it looks like a brighter spot.
The weird thing is that it's there in the same spot regardless of which eye is closed, so can't be a floater, or anything in one eye. What could it be??
