What are current issues being faced by men that are being ignored?

There's a post in the GenZ sub that is gaining traction on shifting political ideology in younger men. It's a warzone in that thread now, but a common theme is that "men issues are being ignored," though not much goes on to say what those issues include and how policy or lack thereof is exacerbating the issue.
This goes for Western ideology countries in general. US, Canada, UK, etc.
So if any men out there would like to share, I'm here to listen.... and maybe ask follow-up questions.
