Is melted cheese unhealthy in comparison to cheese in its solid state?
Post Body
Melted cheese tastes WAY better on a variety of foods. Even kind of tastes somewhat greasy. So for that reason, I have to question whether it's somehow unhealthy to eat when compared to solid cheese at room temperature. Side note, I'm not talking about that artificial yellow sauce that nachos are typically served with. I mean literally a block of cheddar that is melted down in a microwave, stove, or oven.
