I grew up in an ultra-conservative household that helicoptered me for one half of my life (till i was 14yo) and neglected and isolated me for the latter half until now. All the open-minded ideologies that I espouse are from the internet, and not people IRL.

So, when I read NSFW stuff online, I am not really sure how much of it is fake. Most often than not, I believe they are real until someone in the comments explains that it is fake.

This is really affecting my psyche because I have been reading such stuff for a long time, and the way you would see incest and JOBuds and etc being talked about, you would end up thinking it is all happening all the time despite being taboos.

This is not a joke or troll post. I know how some stories are obvious fantasies written by incels "i picked her up and slapped her around and did rough sex blah blah blah", but most of them are not. I genuinely am getting confused, probably because of not having healthy sources of such information.

If possible, please share some good blogs, news-articles, books, or anything that can act as a baseline for me so that I know what is "odd" or "outlandish". TIA.
