So question about sueing someone
Post Body

Sooo.. the landlord of where I live.

Has been getting krunk (ballsy) for the past I'd say 7 months give or take has been getting crazy with my parents. ( I live with them , along with my 2 daughters) Like coming over , demanding he comes inside, act like he is going to fight and trying to make us flitch, basically acting like a bully.

And today he decided to try some shit with me. He was yelling at me, talking shit to me, and kept telling me he has friends, they'll be paying me a visit , and that he has a lot of surprises coming my way.

I kept my cool and was talking some shit back haha Never raised my voice, kept asking him why he acting like a 12 year old, and he needs to go see a therapist cause he obviously has some trauma 🤣

We pay the rent , getting a cashier's check and overnighting it. So he keeps saying it's rent when i know it isn't cause we ask to get a signature whenever its handed and he cashed the check. So he either is hyped up on something cause wtf

BUT anyways, since my parents have footage of this and we have witnesses seeing him act like this to us, and they're waiting to move out to sue him.

I actually want to sue him right now lol Call me petty or whatever but hey I ain't playing these games with him. Fuck around and find out, right?

But could I sue him for harassment? I don't know if it falls under freedom of speech.

Just want some advice on what I could/ should do.

P.S I live in Kansas City, Missouri.
