Weird question here. Ive tried googling but maybe it’s not a fentanyl thing and it’s some other drug.

Im sad but quite fascinated at these videos of people on skid row and other areas like it where people are essentially frozen in the weirdest positions due to the drug.

Is it causing muscle spasms or something that allows them to balance in these weird positions for long periods of time? I saw one today where a guy was almost completely bent over backwards and was somehow holding that position for 20 seconds at least. If they are high, what is causing them to not feel dizzy or just fall over from fatigue?

As far as any substances go I have only experienced alcohol and delta 8 (god that shit was miserable), so maybe I just don’t have a frame of reference for what is physically happening.

I am an artist and have wanted to paint someone I saw once while driving, but wanted to understand what is behind the behavior and what is going on in the body to make it possible.
