Firing a head coach
Post Body

When head football coaches have a bad season or number of seasons I get it that they can be fired. But why fire them during the season, how can someone else come in and get better results with staff and culture that the recently fired could had built. Wouldn’t it be easier to just start fresh at the end of the season with a new person?
