Iāve been bothered all day today because my coworkers (who are teachers, Iām an aide) gave my boss negative feedback that theyād never given to me. I had actually already set a general meeting with my boss for today, and do believe that my boss asked them first what feedback they had for me. I do know our jobs are demanding and that they have a large group to manage. Weāve been in our team for about 2 weeks. Itās just bothersome because no one pulled me aside at any point or even sent a quick text just saying āhey, this is an area of improvementā (which might not be their job, but still.) Is it wrong that I was so bothered and took it personally that they didnāt talk to me first?
