How do you shower your vagina with a fixed shower head?

I am on vacation at the moment and it is a fixed shower head and it is driving me insaaaane. Back home I would just remove the shower head and use it to wash below, but it is a bit more tricky when I can't move it. I have resorted to angling my body upwards and wiping up and down where the water falls, but it honestly doesn't feel clean at all. I'm just so glad I'm not on my period at the moment.

Also, I come from a country where we don't have bidets or douches, and I don't belive intimate wipes are good for the PH, so the shower is the only option.
