I'm 23M. Last year, I weighted 330 lbs (I'm 6'3"). Now I'm at 260, but when I look in the mirror, if I'd never weighed myself, I wouldn't know the difference.
How is that possible? I've lost almost a quarter of my total weight, but I don't see anything. Others have commented, but I really don't see it.
And it's more than that because I've also been lifting and have gotten significantly stronger, so I've really lost more than 70 lbs of fat. But I look the same as far as I can see. Am I delusional the way you see with anorexia or something?
