I’m not sure why but for about a year now I’m just living a sedentary lifestyle. Barely exercise at all and today I was in rush and had to run. Felt out of shape and made me realize I’m wasting so much time laying down or on the couch using phone. Doing exercising or getting outside feels like so difficult and body gets use to just being in relax zone. I want to stop binging and sedentary lifestyle but no idea how to even start. Recently saw this YouTube video on indoor exercise and plan to do that. I think it’s like daily step counter.
Does this also have an impact on overall health like emotional mental wise. Because you tend to experience highs and lows. You sit for hours or just keep overthinking. I’m sure people who are active are usually very self aware and have confidence
