why do I keep seeing "so relatable" comments on people's (usually women's) videos

is this like an inside joke I'm not getting or something? every time someone (usually a young woman) posts a video joking about a mundane experience, the comments are filled with people saying stuff like "levels of relatability are insane" "I swear she's so relatable" "she's the most relatable person ever omg" etc
first time I saw this, I didn't think much of it, but now it's like. a lot. it's starting to feel like it's not in good faith?
please help I don't understand the internet lol
