What's the drinking culture like in other countries?
Post Body

As my question states what's it like in other countries when someone becomes the legal drinking age? I know for the US, where I live, it's partying like no tomorrow and beer and cocktails and sometimes going to clubs. I wonder if it's mostly the same or if their version consists of more of a particular drink when they decide to go to a bar or place to drink. I also wonder why other countries have the drinking age lower than the US and if they have better trust in their youth to be responsible with drinking or if that's for another reason?
