Any tips on how to stay fit in your late 20s and beyond?
Post Body

Unfortunately as I near 30 and go beyond, I know my body is gonna start breaking down.

I'm kinda of a late bloomer to the party phase of my life and sadly, I know I'm not gonna get as many years out of it had I actually had the confidence to do so when I was younger.

It's depressing I can't rave as hard as a early 20-something. And one of my biggest regrets was not getting fit when I was younger.

Getting fit now won't really benefit me as much with the dating scene now. However, I'm hoping intense excercise during the week can help me retain stamina a little longer and give me a few more years of fun raving. At the end, it is my hand, and I must accept it.

Any tips on how to stay active and how to stay energetic as possible? Cause I'm not getting any younger and the more days I don't as much as I should the less benefits I'm gonna get.

I bike stationary 3 x's a week and I just started doing weights. But I wanna get to the point where at minimum I am lean. Not looking to get shredded per say. I'm willing to sacrafice potential happiness in my diet just to maintain a lean look and hopefully that means my body will allow me to have fun.
