How can you tell if a flight sim has a good flight model? Especially if you only have a few games to compare it to.

Normally, I consider being able to reliably forward slip a plane, having engine torque/P-factor to deal with and decent stall characteristics to be "good enough".

However, I've seen some people say a game's flight model is not realistic despite the planes behaving as expected.

So, what's a better way to ... try and distinguish good and bad flight models within confines of no force feedback and such?
